We are pleased to mention two outstanding service packages available at Bilt-Rite:
1. Regular Service Calls:
- Regular service hour’s rate is very affordable. Please call for rates.
- Minimum 2 hours of service. Travel time and mileage are included (within 80 kms. Radius from Bolton/ON).
- Our regular hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
- Overtime rate at time and a half, applies to service calls outside of these days and times.
- Bilt-Rite provides emergency service by contacting 905-857-0330 or toll-free at 1-866-BILT-MFG, and following receptionist’s instructions.
- Parts and material used during each service call extra.
2. Preventive Maintenance Program:
Semi-Annual Inspection would include the following;
- Check function of all controls, limit switches, PLC, timers, and safety devices.
- Check electrical circuit for loose components or wires.
- Check hydraulic components and hoses for leaks or wear.
- Check connections and fittings on all hydraulic components.
- Check condition and level of hydraulic oil. Add if required.
- Check all welded components for any damages and/or cracks.
- Check that all anchors and security devices are in place and tight.
- Lubricate all moving parts and/or pivot points.
- Make sure all operational and safety decals/signs are present and readable.
- Install sticker with date of inspection.
